The Most Corrupt Politicians of 2008

Judicial Watch, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization today announced it's top ten list of the most corrupt politicians of 2008.

They are as follows in no particular order:

1) Barack Obama - President Elect of the United States of America

2) Hillary Clinton - Future Secretary of State

3) Valerie Jarrett - Obama Advisor

4) Chris Dodd - Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee who happened to take the most campaign money from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae

5) Nancy Pelosi - Current Speaker of the House

6) Charlie Rangel - Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee

To be fair, the Republicans are not entirely clean either. Rounding out the top ten are:

7) Rep. Jerry Lewis

8) Former Rep. Rick Renzi

9) Former Sen. Ted Stevens

10) Rep. Don Young

While it is true that politics can corrupt anyone, Republican or Democrat alike, have you ever seen a case such as this where those with the highest influence in the land (President-Elect, Secretary of State, Speaker of the House) are among the most corrupt?
